Great course to extend knowledge of gardening and landscaping. Matthew Aukett
Very informative + can't wait to get stuck into my first project - my own garden :) aka the testing ground. Very easy to follow and super great content covering EVERYTHING! I would like some more visuals like at the end of the course (pond ,decking illustrations etc) to assist with the text i.e identifying plants and visually demonstrate things, sometimes the videos didn't show enough esp. when it comes to the how-to do build a raised bed etc... would be good to see real life build if possible or more pictures. I love the new feature listening to the whole course via audio and being able to download for on the go. The quiz's were fun and in general really enjoyed this course esp as this is my new hobby out of lockdown! Thank you! I can't wait to explore more courses related to the world of gardening/ horticulture/ sustainability and design. Obie Campbell

The course is broken down into modules which makes each section achievable and helps you manage your time effectively. The course content is very varied encompassing all basic need to know topics as well as those required for garden design and garden maintenance. The course is full of interesting and useful information

Laurie The course is full of interesting and useful information to know more about garden design and maintenance. All the modules are easy to understand and gave me strong basics and confidence to start my own garden design business. Also I found the course very interactive, with images to illustrate the modules, garden design plans examples... so I could really visualise what was meant in each module. Considering the online aspect, I found the website very easy to use and I appreciated the fact that I could keep a trace of my course by downloading the modules on my own laptop. It has been great to have the opportunity to do the course at a reasonable cost and at my own pace. Sarah Watton
I was in two minds after being away from education for a while. However, from start to finish I found this course very useful, helpful and a boost for confidence. From start to finish, I found the course to be well structured, easy to follow and a convenient means of education. I personally liked the mini quiz at the end of each module because it kind of prepares you for the next. Overall 10/10 Carl Venner
The Garden Design and Maintenance Course is a well laid out and comprehensive study, with instructional videos and other very usefull downloadable materials.

The modules are written with the complete novice in mind, but one can gain a sense of acheivement as they were doing an In Depth Course.

Really pleased with this course and New Skills Academy as a whole. Mr Paul Lynch
Although it has taken me a while to complete, that's the beauty of the course it can be completed in our own time with no outside pressure. Its also taught me so much. Thank you. CLAIRE RAMPTON
