Anyone who has an interest in learning more about this subject matter is encouraged to take the course. There are no entry requirements to take the course.
The course is broken down into 8 individual modules. Each module takes between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study. Although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each module, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.
You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers, tablet devices and smart phones so you can even study while on the move!
Once you have completed all 8 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 8 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.
The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.
You can either use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo cards or PayPal account to pay for the online course. Our site uses the latest SSL encryption to ensure your safety. All payments are handled securely by PayPal.
You can begin the course immediately after your payment has been received. You will create your login details during the checkout process. We will also send you an email confirming your login details.
We estimate that the course will take about 1 hours to complete in total, plus an additional 30 minutes for the end of course test.
Once you have been awarded your certificate it is valid for life. The certificate does not expire or need renewing.
This course is easy to read, it’s given me a new avenue to go down and very happy with all the advice I have been given.
The modules give you the basics and knowledge required to start up on your own if you have the back bone to go and use it!
The staff are as helpful as could possibly be.

I have always had an interest in property and estate management. I was unsure how to get my career started in this field without any experience or qualifications in that area. Also, having three children and a full time job limits my ability to attend to college courses. The online system they have at "New Skills Academy" is so straight forward and easy to use. I'm really enjoying learning and expanding my knowledge at my own pace and in my own time. Great insight into Fraud. Having only dealt with certain areas of fraud such as insurance fraud I am finding this course to be a great help to increase my knowledge and understanding of other types of fraud and areas/industries affected.
Hopefully this will help me to look at pursuing jobs that I would not have the confidence to apply for due to lack of knowledge or understanding.

I managed to join the course and find the site with ease and after making my payment it was easy to start to find my documents and download my test sheets after the relevant modules.
I found other links which I am yet to explore further and can see me contacting a few of the organisations mentioned. I now am to put some strategies to the test.

I really enjoyed this course. Although I already work in customer services, I found it very informative and I picked up a lot of useful information and tips. What I liked about the course was that it was something you could do at your own pace and it was easy to follow. It made me feel more relaxed about my studying and put me at ease when it came to the final test at the end. The modules were just the right length, with plenty of content to get your teeth into but not too much that it became overwhelming, and that made it better to learn and digest what was being said. I would certainly recommend it!
