Great course, lots of really good information which I could take my time over reading and making notes. I could then understand and learn through the content. It has definitely already helped my teaching and will continue to be a source of reference.

Harriet More

So far I am really enjoying the course. the details were sent through to me within 4 hours, even though there was up to a 48 hour wait.

This course is very well structured and has many helpful features, such as the recap option for each module, and the summary section at the end of each module.

I will definitely be recommending this course.

Melissa Newlin

Great course. Easily readable online, no jargon and had up to date information and illustrations as well as the sources that were used within the modules. Most modules had an assessment at the end where you could check your own knowledge - this was a great add on to ensure you are up to speed. The exam was easily laid out great with no tricky to read questions. The completion certificate was easily accessible on completion and you are given your grade immediately after the exam - it even gives you the option to see your incorrect answers so you can review them in your own leisure. All of the modules are printable so you can ready back as often as you like. Not only this, but throughout the whole course, you have the ability to email representatives of the course who will answer any questions you may have and they are very prompt with their responses. I was overall very happy with this course and will definitely keep New Skills Academy in mind when taking future course. Thank you!

Gemma Johnston

New Skills Academy is a lovely system to work with. Easy to sign up and make an account. Modules are clearly defined and are packed of information. Really great, has lots of information on lots of topics.

Great foundation for anyone looking into this area of employment or self employed as has great ideas and advice to build on. Have attended face to face courses which have much less information than this.

Lovely bite size quizzes on some modules which help to understand and enforce the contact of the bigger modules. End exam has a nice mixture of topics covered in the course. And has an option to re-sit if needed.

Jennifer Anderson

I found the course straight forward and easy to follow.

It’s given me a great understanding of first aid procedures and has outlined some important aspects of looking after pets in general. It paid particular attention to the description of the CPR procedure. I will come in very useful.

The multi choice test at the end is easy to complete and I found the worksheets at the end of each module very helpful to outline the important aspects.
I look forward to completing many more courses on offer to help progress my new dog walking and pet care business.

Thank you.
