I've just completed the Level 3 Admin & PA Diploma!

I found the course informative and user friendly to navigate. I had the chance to refresh the skills I already possessed and it introduced me to new ideas and information. It was a good opportunity for me to update my skill set.

A very useful course with the topics very well presented and easy to read and follow. I was able to easily slot the course into my schedule and enjoyed setting time aside to work my way through. I would definitely recommend this course to those wishing to learn something new and for those wishing to sharpen up on previous knowledge.

Jenny McConnell

I really enjoyed this course. Although I already work in customer services, I found it very informative and I picked up a lot of useful information and tips. What I liked about the course was that it was something you could do at your own pace and it was easy to follow. It made me feel more relaxed about my studying and put me at ease when it came to the final test at the end. The modules were just the right length, with plenty of content to get your teeth into but not too much that it became overwhelming, and that made it better to learn and digest what was being said. I would certainly recommend it!

Stephen Rawlinson

This course thoroughly improved my knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. I found the modules on meetings, appointments and tasks the most informative. I’m sure these will all have a direct impact on my day to day working life.

If you do not already have a basic understanding of Outlook then the first few modules in particular will be very helpful to you as they cover the fundamentals extremely well.
There is also more advanced options for those who are at that level.

The course is very easy to follow, the tutorial videos are extremely well put together and you can learn at your own pace.

Jordan Grierson

I studied this course recently and found it to be very interesting, lots of information all easy to understand and printable. The videos were a great add on, easy to follow and understand, showed ways how to do the different types of massages, how to stand and extra information on how to go about adding this to your own business. Contacting the admin department was easy, answered calls very quickly and dealt with the issues straight away. Also a call back to make sure everything was ok. Received certificate within days and downloaded, very good quality. Would highly recommend learning this way!

Pamela Johnstone

A good course that covers all the basics and will leave you confident and equipped to deal with any emergencies as they arise, from basic equipment needed, to how to do CPR on your dog or cat, to administering medicines and dealing with burns, breaks and drownings. It gave me a lot of tips and pointers to explore the issues further as well as first aid equipment to buy. Providing you read through all of the modules, you'll be able to pass the course quite easily. Good value for money for what I paid for this course. Well worth the few hours needed.
