A good course that covers all the basics and will leave you confident and equipped to deal with any emergencies as they arise, from basic equipment needed, to how to do CPR on your dog or cat, to administering medicines and dealing with burns, breaks and drownings. It gave me a lot of tips and pointers to explore the issues further as well as first aid equipment to buy. Providing you read through all of the modules, you'll be able to pass the course quite easily. Good value for money for what I paid for this course. Well worth the few hours needed.

I really enjoyed the course and would recommend this to my friends.

I completed a City and Guilds Certificate 40 years ago and was looking at bringing my skills up to date. This gave me the encouragement and insight to what I needed to go back into hairdressing. I understand the importance of keeping my skills up to date and would like to study further in styling, hair treatment and colouring.

Thank you very much I enjoyed the 27 modules attached to the course. I particularly enjoyed the videos attached to the course and have always enjoyed putting hair up for special occasions such as weddings.

This is just what I needed to help me launch my business!

I am so excited to use all I have learned here and apply it to my own venture! Was wonderful learning all the science behind the role and was truly, exactly what I was looking for in a course.

I will be referring back to the materials, it is extremely interesting as well as informative!

Thank you so much!!!

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to manage this my course and work. But to my surprise and comfort this course is set out so well I find I'm enjoying learning again and look forward to putting my studying into practice in my future job role....it's brilliant !!!!

I have found this course very interesting. Even being a bride myself, you don't actually realise how much actually goes into planning a wedding. Every little detail goes into the course. I can’t wait to start putting my work into action - becoming a Wedding Planner and being part of a couple’s day. Helping them plan their most important day of their lives. It’s been interesting learning how other cultures plan and have their weddings, and how many different themes people choose from. Even to the honeymoon. So many things go into being a wedding planner, it’s not as simple as it seems.

Kelly Ford

I found the course very professional and the contact with my course tutor was easy and rewarding. He responded very quickly to my emails.
I found the feedback from the questions I submitted very good and very useful. It helped me complete further questions and has given me direction in my job. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and I would definitely recommend it to colleagues and friends.
I would like to thank my tutor for all his help and valuable suggestions. I found his feedback very helpful and speedy; his remarks were always positive and constructive. The course material is excellent, varied, relevant and up-to-date. I have enjoyed the course and am very glad.
