Level 3 is ideal for ensuring that you truly understand the ins and outs of the Chinese language. This will help with Chinese writing skills and make it easier and easier for you to converse in Chinese, even with native speakers! This course is really comprehensive - it covers so many topics and themes. I really thought that the way the course is set out is very easy to use. You have the option to print out the course work or work online and the end of module worksheets are great for ensuring that you understand everything by filling in the blanks, answering questions about the topic and so on, you can even revisit modules.
I have only needed to contact support once but the reply was quick and concise.
I am really enjoying the course and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone thinking of or already working in the Office Management field.

I really enjoyed this course. Although I already work in customer services, I found it very informative and I picked up a lot of useful information and tips. What I liked about the course was that it was something you could do at your own pace and it was easy to follow. It made me feel more relaxed about my studying and put me at ease when it came to the final test at the end. If this course is being taken by those who have no knowledge of being a TA, then in my honest opinion they would certainly know about the role when they finish.
I do like the online tests at the end. It does make you think and definitely reinforces what material has just been read. It is also an incentive when seeing a 'grade' to realise how much has been taken in thus encouraging enthusiasm to proceed to the next module.
In all I would say that this course is certainly worth doing, I'm enjoying it and what it has to offer.

Would recommend the course to anyone! Considering estate agency as a career gives a clear insight into the role and regulation and was easy to digest. I was able to easily fit this in with my busy work schedule. I was able to complete this course in less than a month which I originally expected to take a lot longer. The course material is really helpful and the assignments help you to identify if you have a clear understanding of what you have read and usually don't take too long to complete. I am now looking into doing a more advance course in estate agency and looking for a trainee position in my local area.
