Anyone who has an interest in learning more about this subject matter is encouraged to take the course. There are no entry requirements to take the course.
The course is broken down into 4 individual modules. Each module takes between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study. Although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each module, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.
You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers, tablet devices and smart phones so you can even study while on the move!
Once you have completed all 4 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 4 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.
The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.
You can either use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo cards or PayPal account to pay for the online course. Our site uses the latest SSL encryption to ensure your safety. All payments are handled securely by PayPal.
You can begin the course immediately after your payment has been received. You will create your login details during the checkout process. We will also send you an email confirming your login details.
We estimate that the course will take about 2.5 hours to complete in total, plus an additional 30 minutes for the end of course test.
Once you have been awarded your certificate it is valid for life. The certificate does not expire or need renewing.
I found the course very useful and it was fairly easy to navigate around the website. The course material was good and easy to understand and I am glad that I passed my test.
I learned so much as I am currently doing my CEMAP Mortgage Adviser qualification and thought that doing an Estate Agency Diploma would help me know the basics about selling and letting properties.
I feel so much more confident after doing the course and encourage anyone who wants a career in Estate Agency to do this course as you will learn so much from it.

I am so impressed with this course. For starters it was hugely discounted which saved me money, secondly it is really easy to use. It is jam packed with information yet so easy to follow and they layout is very clean, clear and precise. I have learnt so much from this course already and I can even revisit modules as and when I need to. If you are an aspiring Makeup Artist, then this course will definitely lead you on the right path and it teaches you how to deal with clients and how to get the best out of your career.

Each module contains down-to-earth content which provide a comprehensive knowledge from learning about this industry, getting to know the florist and the basic understanding about flowers, then to how to start and maintain our own business.
With the completed course which does provide me clear guidelines to enter this industry and knowing what’s in front of me.
The hand out does help a lot too. I can decide freely when to learn and the learning pace by my own. Through this course, I’ve also established a solid knowledge about techniques of how to take care of flowers correctly, how to design and create my own bouquet.

I am considering a career change, so this seemed a good place to start. The course was comprehensive, for the price and easy to follow. The videos were also really helpful, to help put the information into context. The instructor was very down to earth and easy to follow.
It is helpful to be able to print out the course notes, to refer to at a later date. I will also re-watch the videos when I need to.
The test at the end was multiple choice. There may have been information relating to this on the website, but I didn't find it. The questions were very specific, so you do need to have revised before you take the test.
All in all, I am impressed, for the £40 I spent.

Packed with information about so many different topics and situations you may be in as a PA. Helped lots of Microsoft too which I didn’t know about. Very glad I did this course as I have learnt a lot of new things that I didn’t even know you could do online.

Wow what an incredible insight for the start of anyone's journey in property. This course gives you so much information and there are tests and questions on each of the modules. The course is very easy to follow and well laid out. You can actually make notes on the pages of each module using the notes tab! This is a great course for any level of knowledge. Very easy to navigate, great practical tasks and explanations are very clear. You can revise any module with no problem. I took up this course initially to help me with my own dog, but found that as I worked through the material I actually started thinking that this could be something that I could use to make a second income.
