The goal of Level 1 is to leave you with a wide basis of vocabulary, an ability to converse freely in Japanese, and a beginner's knowledge of Japanese grammar, sentence structure, and syntax.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to have conversations in Japanese and will have a strong foundation to continue learning the language and new vocabulary.

In Level 3, you will learn about specific words that are important in Japanese, deepening your conversational abilities and gaining skills that you can use right away. Level 3 is ideal for ensuring that you truly understand the ins and outs of the Japanese language.
This will help with Japanese writing skills and make it easier and easier for you to converse in Japanese, even with native speakers!
This is the final level in your Japanese course, and it aims to give you the necessary tools to use your Japanese in day-to-day life and truly understand when you read or hear it elsewhere.
You Will Learn:
- How and when to use each of the verb tenses
- A more in-depth look at some other Japanese verbs and how they are conjugated
- How to describe things and people in Japanese
- How to ask and answer more complex questions in Japanese
- How to use and identify each type of Japanese word, like verbs, prepositions, adjectives and others

Once you have completed all 0 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 0 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.
The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.

After much searching, I stumbled across this online course which sounded perfect for what I wanted and was available at a very affordable cost. This is the first time I have taken an online course, so wasn’t sure what to expect or if my money was going to be well spent.
The course is great, it was very easy to follow with simple, clear instructions and the additional use of video demonstrations that I found extremely helpful. It was handy to be able to print off all the course modules to keep for future reference and nice to receive a certificate upon completion.
Whilst I will probably never have a career as nail technician, I have gained what I wanted from this course, lots of knowledge and new confidence to do manicures/pedicures on both myself, friends & family.

To be honest I was sceptical at first. There are many online courses to choose from but what intrigued me the most about this course is the number of modules (22 of them). This appeared to be more detailed than others. The reason I took this course is because I started a new role as a support tutor for a large training company. I already had some experience in working with learners who had special needs and learning difficulties but wanted more in-depth knowledge and tips to support my delivery. I also wanted to know more on the legal of side of SEN too. The course was offered at a large discount that did give me concerns! But I took the plunge and have been pleasantly surprised on how well it's been written and presented in manageable bite-size chunks. I was planning to study about a couple of hours a night but once I started I found it difficult to stop. It took me about 3 days to complete. The information is comprehensive but manageable. You can tell the person/persons who wrote this have a passion for supported learning and give practical strategies to support SEN and care about their sector and want to share their passion. The modules are jargon free and clearly laid out with exercises to complete at your own pace. There are useful notes and lists that help to make time management easier in the busy work environment.
