The goal of Level 1 is to leave you with a wide basis of vocabulary, an ability to converse freely in Portuguese, and a beginner's knowledge of Portuguese grammar, sentence structure, and syntax.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to have conversations in Portuguese and will have a strong foundation to continue learning the language and new vocabulary.

Level 2 focuses on reinforcing and practising your current knowledge of Portuguese while also helping you learn new vocabulary words and rules of the language.
Learning any language requires practice and discipline - Portuguese is no exception. There are plenty of details, rules, and intricacies involved in Portuguese that can sometimes seem overwhelming or difficult for a non-native speaker to grasp and use fluently. That's why Level 2 of this course focuses on giving you new tools and new information to deepen and strengthen your understanding of the Portuguese language.
Upon completion of this course, you will be equipped with new vocabulary and new abilities to put your own longer and more complex Portuguese sentences together.

By this level, you should already have a solid foundation of language skills to build upon. Upon completion of Level 3, you will have a newfound fluency in Portuguese.
The goal of this level is to expand your vocabulary even further, focusing on common topics of conversation. It also looks at some more details of the language by going over different verb tenses and giving you the tools to use more complex sentences. Having such a wide knowledge of the sixth most spoken language in the world is a useful skill in many different situations.
Whether it's for a holiday, a friend or a business endeavour, Level 3 will prepare you to confidently use your Portuguese out in the world in every aspect of your life.

You have the option to print out the course work or work online and the end of module worksheets are great for ensuring that you understand everything by filling in the blanks, answering questions about the topic and so on, you can even revisit modules.

This course is absolutely brilliant for someone like me that has a busy working life – the modules are chunked into bite sized pieces and are really simple and straightforward to use.
It is easy to dip in and out of and pick up from where you left off – I was certainly glad I chose to pick all 3 levels – I am quite competent with Excel but I have also picked up new pieces of information from the beginners’ modules as well as really developing my skills with the more advanced information.
