Anyone who has an interest in learning more about this subject matter is encouraged to take the course. There are no entry requirements to take the course.
The course is broken down into 1 individual modules. Each module takes between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study. Although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each module, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.
You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers, tablet devices and smart phones so you can even study while on the move!
Once you have completed all 1 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 1 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.
The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.
You can either use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo cards or PayPal account to pay for the online course. Our site uses the latest SSL encryption to ensure your safety. All payments are handled securely by PayPal.
You can begin the course immediately after your payment has been received. You will create your login details during the checkout process. We will also send you an email confirming your login details.
We estimate that the course will take about 0.75 hours to complete in total, plus an additional 30 minutes for the end of course test.
Once you have been awarded your certificate it is valid for life. The certificate does not expire or need renewing.
I found the course relevant, clear, concise and a good basis for a change of career to HR. I thought it was good value for money, the balance of information, the exercises were good and liked the fact that I can access from wherever and study at my own pace.

The topics were well laid out and explained and I understood well through relevant examples.
The test at the end was straightforward however some rewording of the multiple answers would make it more understandable. But otherwise I'm really happy with this course and I have actually learnt more than I expected.
I would not hesitate to use this company again and have in fact bought another course since.

This course is very comprehensive. It is packed full of very helpful information to aid the Teaching assistant to use his or her skills and knowledge to the full.
If this course is being taken by those who have no knowledge of being a TA, then in my honest opinion they would certainly know about the role when they finish.
I do like the online tests at the end. It does make you think and definitely reinforces what material has just been read. It is also an incentive when seeing a 'grade' to realise how much has been taken in thus encouraging enthusiasm to proceed to the next module.
In all I would say that this course is certainly worth doing, I'm enjoying it and what it has to offer.

It was very easy to understand and very thorough but above all, very enjoyable and exhilarating. I was only sorry when it came to an end. This was a brilliant course that was easy to understand and fits into your lifestyle by being able to access at times that suits you. I needed a refresher course and this ticked all the boxes. One area which I was not aware of was the Employment Allowance Incentive but I now understand this fully. It is also good information on record keeping along with Data Protection. I highly recommend this course and it doesn't have to be expensive to do. The fact that you get a Diploma Certificate at the end only enhances your CV and gives you a sense of satisfaction.
