I am a live-in-carer and I do struggle with all the different personalities of the different clients. Most have such negative attitudes and I thought if I can have a better understanding of my various clients and the situations I face day to day in my job I may have a better understanding on how I able to deal with it and perhaps offer some help or assistance?
