Nutrition is the process of taking in nutrients from food, relevant to our various dietary needs. Our bodies need certain nutrients for continued growth, cell repair and other metabolic processes throughout life, and we thus need to be extremely aware of what to include in our diets.
To be able to make informed decisions regarding our nutritional needs, it's important to understand the basic principles behind nutrition, in which water and hydration also play a role. Various guides and tools may be used to help ensure we get the nutritional balance and support needed, including the Eatwell Guide and Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST), both of which will be discussed in this course.

Anyone who has an interest in learning more about this subject matter is encouraged to take the course. There are no entry requirements to take the course.
The course is broken down into 5 individual modules. Each module takes between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study. Although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each module, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.
You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers, tablet devices and smart phones so you can even study while on the move!
Once you have completed all 5 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 5 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.
The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.
You can either use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo cards or PayPal account to pay for the online course. Our site uses the latest SSL encryption to ensure your safety. All payments are handled securely by PayPal.
You can begin the course immediately after your payment has been received. You will create your login details during the checkout process. We will also send you an email confirming your login details.
We estimate that the course will take about 3 hours to complete in total, plus an additional 30 minutes for the end of course test.
Once you have been awarded your certificate it is valid for life. The certificate does not expire or need renewing.
An excellent course that looks great on any CV and opens career doors. Having an industry-recognised qualification is useful in any line of work.
I have not yet completed the course but anticipate being able to use the skills learned to broadening my careers options. Would highly recommend this course. It has plenty of supplementary material for the user and is as in-depth as it is comprehensive.
Love the flexibility of the course which allows the user to study in his/her own time which is great for those in full time employment or those with family commitments. Excellent course this far.

I personally loved this course because I'm planning my own wedding for 2018 but wanted to know so much more about the topic. I found out so much more than my own personal knowledge and walked away feeling much more confident with small details I would have never even thought about.
I would recommend this course to anyone planning their wedding, or helping a friend plan their wedding or wanting to start their own wedding planning business - each module is so informative that you don't feel that you haven't learned all that you need to know to hit the floor running.
There are 24 modules to complete in this course and each module is so helpful and easy to understand, I was not left with one question due to how full of detail and how well presented the module and course is. Definitely give this course a go to broaden your qualifications and knowledge!

Amazing course, easy to understand and very straight forward. It gives you a chance to review previous modules, also you are able to take notes and save them in your course profile, where you can check them at any time.
Along with the course, you get rewards for completing your course modules. It opens the door to a chance of doing something you like or changing your career, also for people that just want to get new skills in different areas.
