The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.

The time indicators for each session are reasonably accurate and allow you to plan your studying and feel that the course is manageable around other commitments. There are some points which feel incomplete or slightly simplified but one can always find further literature and articles to extend one's understanding. I recommend this course.

One area which I was not aware of was the Employment Allowance Incentive but I now understand this fully. It is also good information on record keeping along with Data Protection. I highly recommend this course and it doesn't have to be expensive to do. The fact that you get a Diploma Certificate at the end only enhances your CV and gives you a sense of satisfaction.
