Anyone who has an interest in learning more about this subject matter is encouraged to take the course. There are no entry requirements to take the course.

The course is broken down into 5 individual modules. Each module takes between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study. Although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each module, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.

You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers, tablet devices and smart phones so you can even study while on the move!

Once you have completed all 5 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 5 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.

The pass mark for the test is 70%.

If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.

You can either use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo cards or PayPal account to pay for the online course. Our site uses the latest SSL encryption to ensure your safety. All payments are handled securely by PayPal.

You can begin the course immediately after your payment has been received. You will create your login details during the checkout process. We will also send you an email confirming your login details.

We estimate that the course will take about 3 hours to complete in total, plus an additional 30 minutes for the end of course test.

Once you have been awarded your certificate it is valid for life. The certificate does not expire or need renewing.

This course is really comprehensive - it covers so many topics and themes. I really thought that the way the course is set out is very easy to use. You have the option to print out the course work or work online and the end of module worksheets are great for ensuring that you understand everything by filling in the blanks, answering questions about the topic and so on, you can even revisit modules.
I have only needed to contact support once but the reply was quick and concise.
I am really enjoying the course and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone thinking of or already working in the Office Management field.

Great course. Easily readable online, no jargon and had up to date information and illustrations as well as the sources that were used within the modules. Most modules had an assessment at the end where you could check your own knowledge - this was a great add on to ensure you are up to speed. The exam was easily laid out great with no tricky to read questions. The completion certificate was easily accessible on completion and you are given your grade immediately after the exam - it even gives you the option to see your incorrect answers so you can review them in your own leisure. All of the modules are printable so you can ready back as often as you like. Not only this, but throughout the whole course, you have the ability to email representatives of the course who will answer any questions you may have and they are very prompt with their responses. I was overall very happy with this course and will definitely keep New Skills Academy in mind when taking future course. Thank you!

This was a brilliant course that was easy to understand and fits into your lifestyle by being able to access at times that suits you. I needed a refresher course and this ticked all the boxes. One area which I was not aware of was the Employment Allowance Incentive but I now understand this fully. It is also good information on record keeping along with Data Protection. I highly recommend this course and it doesn't have to be expensive to do. The fact that you get a Diploma Certificate at the end only enhances your CV and gives you a sense of satisfaction.
