Please note this course is primarily designed for Fitness Instructors, with a view to guiding and helping clients.
This course will introduce you to the nutritional tools you will need to help clients gain weight and muscle. Clients wish to gain weight for a variety of reasons. They might be too thin, trying to bulk up muscle or trying to develop an athletic build.
To achieve this, they will need to understand the importance of eating nutrient-dense, high-quality food, to add those additional calories.
This course offers detailed examples of high-quality food for weight gain and tips on lifestyle choices and exercises to enhance the effectiveness of a healthy diet. The course will also explore the various nutritional assessment tools and principles of metabolism which can be applied to analyse and assist with the achievement of healthy weight gain goals.

Anyone who has an interest in learning more about this subject matter is encouraged to take the course. There are no entry requirements to take the course.
The course is broken down into 5 individual modules. Each module takes between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study. Although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each module, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.
You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers, tablet devices and smart phones so you can even study while on the move!
Once you have completed all 5 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 5 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.
The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.
You can either use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo cards or PayPal account to pay for the online course. Our site uses the latest SSL encryption to ensure your safety. All payments are handled securely by PayPal.
You can begin the course immediately after your payment has been received. You will create your login details during the checkout process. We will also send you an email confirming your login details.
We estimate that the course will take about 4 hours to complete in total, plus an additional 30 minutes for the end of course test.
Once you have been awarded your certificate it is valid for life. The certificate does not expire or need renewing.
I was a bit nervous when I first purchased the nail technician diploma online course for the one reason that it was so cheap compared to other online courses I had seen.
I have recently taken this course and i can honestly say that it is so easy to follow and you really do learn all the things you need to know to become a successful nail technician from the nail anatomy to starting your own business and all the other helpful bits in between.
I can't believe I am well on my way to becoming a qualified nail technician:) If you are worried about purchasing this course then don't be! This course is brilliant and I would recommend to anyone! xxx

The contents on these classes are awesome! I’m currently an architecture student and was a little worried because is an online course and sometimes it leaves doubts or some subjects are not well debated, but I learned so much, it also improved my landscaping knowledge, its satisfying.
I need to say: congratulations for modules organization, the website layout, and the support. Seriously, every once and a while I take online classes and I’m surprised with the New Skills Academy, I totally recommend these classes for anybody that like gardens, also for architecture students – this is essential for our area.
Hopefully I can find something else to study with New Skills Academy!

Well structured and easy to follow coursework. My queries were answered promptly and were clearly not stock Q&A responses so I felt I had been given real support.
The test at the end was unexpected as the end of module tests were self marking. As it was a timed test that covered every aspect of the course but in a random way which meant one had to pay attention and read the questions carefully!
I feel I have achieved something and will certainly follow up with another course. New Skills Academy is highly recommended as an online study organisation, as well.

Absolutely fantastic! I would definitely recommend doing this course if you are a beginner, and I would also say that you definitely do not have to worry as all three learning types are covered! It is also great to have the ability to get in touch with a tutor if stuck, especially if you haven’t got someone at home or work to help you understand something!
If I hadn’t of already completed this course and chosen to start the next level up, I would happily do this course again. However, I would recommend this course, even more so for someone who is trying to learn for a career change! This is a great course for any level of knowledge. Very easy to navigate, great practical tasks and explanations are very clear. You can revise any module with no problem. The test wasn’t too hard if you completed every module. It may be handy to make some notes before you start. Overall I'm very happy with my choice. Thank you New skills for my New skills :)

Wow what an incredible insight for the start of anyone's journey in property. This course gives you so much information and there are tests and questions on each of the modules. The course is very easy to follow and well laid out. You can actually make notes on the pages of each module using the notes tab! I am very excited to say that I passed and I only spent one week on this course. I will print all the PDF information and keep it in a file with my certificate. I feel very confident for my future plans now I have completed this course.
