Romanian – Level 1 Course

One of the less common Romance languages, Romanian is spoken by around 25 million people across the world. It’s the native language and official language of Romania. However, it is also an official language in Moldova and widely spoken in many other parts of Europe. Romanian uses the Latin alphabet primarily, although some dialects do make use of the Cyrillic alphabet. Since all the Romance languages share some characteristics, Romanian will help with learning any other Romance languages and is easier to learn for people who have spoken these languages before. Although it’s one of the least spoken of the Romance languages, it is definitely one of the most unique and full of culture!
