Level 3 is ideal for ensuring that you truly understand the ins and outs of the Swedish language. This will help with Swedish writing skills and make it easier and easier for you to converse in Swedish, even with native speakers!
This is the final level in your Swedish course, and it aims to give you the necessary tools to use your Swedish in day-to-day life and truly understand when you read or hear it elsewhere.

- A more in-depth look at some other Swedish verbs and how they are conjugated
- How to describe things and people in Swedish

The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.

This is a nice introduction to the profession of Estate Agency but also negotiation and building networks. It includes material on both residential and commercial property, and also property maintenance. It touches upon the Estate Agents Act 1979 which is very important. My next step will be to review the act. It is a very broad course and is a good place to start.
