There are some fantastic courses on offer and they are set out in a simple, easy step by step way to help with home learning. I like how they are set out in small modules with a quiz at the end. It made it easier for me to take on board what I was being taught.
When I needed to contact someone about the course, they responded quickly to my emails and helped me solve my issues. I like that there is no time scale on completing the course so that I can pick up where I left off after a break from learning.
I would recommend learning with New Skills Academy to anyone wanting to improve their skills.

I found this course most interesting. Having been a Receptionist in various industries over the years, and learning more at each location, this course helped focus my thoughts 'back to basics' and made me rethink some of the things I'd learnt. Very helpful, very concise, informative and uncomplicated.
It also gave great insights into the different kind of Reception work which can be so varied. I have been put forward for a Doctors Receptionist vacancy, a 'trade' I haven't ventured into yet, and will take what I have learnt from the course to the interview and hopefully it will stand me in good stead.

I've only just started this course but already the content layout and info are spot on. I was only going to do the 1st module the evening I got it but four hours later I had almost completed four! I just couldn't put it down. I have just finished an online aromatherpy course but the massage section was vague so this complements it perfectly I would recommend to anyone. I will be using this as a business but it's also perfect for people to learn for friends and family! So glad I found it. Thank you

I really enjoyed the course and would recommend this to my friends.
I completed a City and Guilds Certificate 40 years ago and was looking at bringing my skills up to date. This gave me the encouragement and insight to what I needed to go back into hairdressing. I understand the importance of keeping my skills up to date and would like to study further in styling, hair treatment and colouring.
Thank you very much I enjoyed the 27 modules attached to the course. I particularly enjoyed the videos attached to the course and have always enjoyed putting hair up for special occasions such as weddings.

The course was clearly set out with helpful end of week tests which built my knowledge. Being dyslexic I found the course was set out in an easy to understand way.
