This course takes you through the broad aspects of meal planning. To successfully support clients’ goals, a holistic view of nutrition is needed. The first two modules give you an overview of the dietary components that make up healthy eating patterns. With knowledge of what the body needs to function optimally, the course goes on to tackle the main nutritional assessment tools that you can use in your diagnosis of areas of dietary improvement. These nutritional assessment tools go hand-in-hand with nutritional strategies that encourage a change in eating behaviours and food choices.
The nutritional strategies covered vary in their suitability for clients of different profiles, so they can be used depending on the level of client readiness and their commitment to change. Finally, the course explores how to determine the credibility of a source. This gives you the confidence to advise clients appropriately and provide sound nutritional advice.

Anyone who has an interest in learning more about this subject matter is encouraged to take the course. There are no entry requirements to take the course.
The course is broken down into 5 individual modules. Each module takes between 20 and 90 minutes on average to study. Although you are free to spend as much or as little time as you feel necessary on each module, simply log in and out of the course at your convenience.
You can study the course any time you like. Simply log in and out of the web based course as often as you require. The course is compatible with all computers, tablet devices and smart phones so you can even study while on the move!
Once you have completed all 5 modules there is a multiple choice test. The questions will be on a range of topics found within the 5 modules. The test, like the course, is online and can be taken a time and location of your choosing.
The pass mark for the test is 70%.
If you don’t pass the test first time you will get further opportunities to take the test again after extra study. There are no limits to the number of times you can take the test. All test retakes are included within the price of the course.
You can either use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo cards or PayPal account to pay for the online course. Our site uses the latest SSL encryption to ensure your safety. All payments are handled securely by PayPal.
You can begin the course immediately after your payment has been received. You will create your login details during the checkout process. We will also send you an email confirming your login details.
We estimate that the course will take about 2.75 hours to complete in total, plus an additional 30 minutes for the end of course test.
Once you have been awarded your certificate it is valid for life. The certificate does not expire or need renewing.
I found the course very useful and it was fairly easy to navigate around the website. The course material was good and easy to understand and I am glad that I passed my test.
I learned so much as I am currently doing my CEMAP Mortgage Adviser qualification and thought that doing an Estate Agency Diploma would help me know the basics about selling and letting properties.
I feel so much more confident after doing the course and encourage anyone who wants a career in Estate Agency to do this course as you will learn so much from it.

I found this course very useful. It covers the all categories of cleaning and goes in to great detail without being overwhelming. Its a clean and easy to use step by step interface that glides you through the modules. If you want to take more time and revise in your own time without access to the internet, the PDF viewer and print functions are a great feature. I was a bit nervous when I first purchased the nail technician diploma online course for the one reason that it was so cheap compared to other online courses I had seen.

This is a very in depth course that covers all areas of being a personal assistant, even ones that I wouldn’t have ever considered needing to learn.
The in-depth learning has built my confidence to put myself out there and try to get back into this career path. I particularly found the section on faxing to be very useful as it’s something that is done in most offices that I’ve found it difficult to come to grips with in the past.
